There is a long length of rooms in one wing of Chateau de Versailles in France where each room is a different color - red, green, blue.  And as you walk through one room to the next you can see the color of the last room peeking through the doorway. As you get to the end of all the rooms, you can see a half-dozen or so different colors through the doorways. It really struck me - all the color.
